Welford Christmas Tree Farm is  a great place to buy your fresh Christmas Tree. We pride ourselves on selling fresh home grown trees. All our trees are grown with the environment in mind. We now use Shropshire Sheep to keep down the weeds between the trees and therefore use less chemical herbicides. this is recognised as an environmentally conscious method of Christmas Tree production, where sheep can graze and provide the ground with natural fertilizer. So come and watch these 'eco-friendly sheep' at work while you hand pick your tree!

We have been growing Christmas Trees for 12 years and now have about 11,000 Christmas Trees growing, made up of 7 different types to choose from. Christmas Trees are slow growing so it can take up to 9 years to produce a good 6 foot Nordman Fir!

At Christmas the farm has an abundance of Christmas Trees in the yard for sale, with plenty of choice and different sizes. We also offer 'Choose and Cut' and 'Choose and Dig'- where people can choose their own tree whilst its still growing, either pre-marked in advance or just turn up on the day and we'll dig it there and then.

We also sell stands to put the trees in, most of these hold water to ensure the tree gets a constant supply of water. This will help to keep the needles on the tree and keep it fresh. As well as stands we also sell home made wreaths, mistletoe and holly, plus some decorations.

As a working family farm we have many animals to visit these include Horses, Cows, Donkeys, Goats, Pigs, Sheep and Dogs.
